Finally a really good restaurant in little ole Sebring. Yes, the Cellar-Grille has a nice, low volume atmosphere to go along with fantastic food (everything cooked to perfection) and obviously trained personnel. We made advanced reservations and they were punctually met. From the point of entry to being seated, you had the feeling the maitre d’ was only there to serve you. My wife and I both had different steaks that were cooked to perfection. Our waiter (Ivan) was courteous and very professional. He took good care of us but was not over anxious or disturbing. I just wish that they could have a better dress code. I know that restaurant personnel aren’t allowed to say anything, but for the gentleman who don’t know better, your baseball caps should be worn outside, fishing or at the ballpark. But not in a fine restaurant. Cellar-Grille, welcome to Sebring.

All around fantastic from the appetizer to the dessert. Service was wonderful. Every cocktail was worth ordering twice. Highly recommend the espresso martini and red ruby. The lollipop lamb chops were amazing along with the zucchini appetizer. The mango guava cheesecake was also phenomenal. Keep this place in mind for all of your special occasions.

We went tonight to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere was great, the young lady that waited on us was great and our steaks were very tender, but most of all cooked to perfection and the sides were very good. She ordered the French Onion Soup and it’s unbelievable. Highly recommend all the way around

It’s hard to believe a restaurant like this exists in Sebring! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner while celebrating our anniversary, and the staff went out of their way to make the evening feel extra special. While the prices are on the higher side, the food is truly a treat for the palate and well worth it.

On Christmas Eve, we decided to try the new Cellar restaurant with a 5:45 pm reservation. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated in the bar area at a high table and chairs. Ruby became uncomfortable with the seat hurting her back, so we were re-seated in a cozier location with a regular height table and high back soft chairs. The ambiance and decor are upscale, with fireplaces burning and what sounded like Kenny G playing in the background. We each had a glass of wine and skipped an appetizer. The bread was soft and good. I ordered French Onion Soup, and Ruby chose the Lobster Bisque. She commented on how large the pieces of lobster were and enjoyed the soup. The French Onion Soup was much better than what I've had lately. I also ordered the Steakhouse Chopped Salad, which came in an unusual circular compressed shape and was also very good. For entrees, Ruby chose the Pistachio Crusted Cod, which came with a mushroom risotto and string beans. I went with the 14oz New York Strip Steak, medium rare, with sauteed mushrooms, which came with boiled potatoes and string beans. The entrees were both excellent, with my steak thick, juicy, and perfectly prepared. For dessert, we shared a tiramisu off of the dessert tray. It was rich and creamy and is highly recommended. Mercedes was our wait person, and she was super efficient and personable. As we were leaving, the hostess gave Ruby a red rose. It was a memorable experience.

We went there for the 1st time for our 40th anniversary. We had the best service in Highlands County. The atmosphere was great and quiet. Our food order came out on time. We had a 3 course meal. Food was great and pricing was great. If anyone can afford extra money, it's worth the price. Everything was great!!! We will be back again.

Talk about elegance. Talk about class, talk about variety and quality. The service was totally amazing. The menu was edible, the servers always smiling and eager to assist your palate, waiting to be served. The appetizer (lumpy crabcakes) hands down very, very, Enticing everything on the menu have purpose? A big shout out to the staff and a big shout out to the management team and a big big shout out to the owners. Because our first experience at the Cellar was amazing. We will be back no matter the price, your food quality. Out of this world, thank you for making my mother in law"s experience the best birthday she ever had..... Don't take my word for it. Come down and get your own experience and you'll see that it's more than just words, it's A M A Z I N G ... Its incredible.. thank you for being one of the best classy restaurants in Highlands County. By the way, you have to try the chocolate mousse.... a huge shout out to our bartender servers at the bar. I don't remember your names. But, thank you. True authentic service. While we were seated in the bar area at the booth... A true fan forever.....
